We rolled out the upgrade of HP testing tool - Quick Test Professional (QTP) version 11 to the entire organization.
A subset of the clients are having the issue with the eclipse client. We added the registry fix to circumvents the java addin check for the users have Notes client on Windows XP.
But the problem presists for clients on Windows7 64 bit OS.
We could not add the registry fix because there no corresponding "Java addin" node where we can add the DWORD fix.
any help would be appreciated.
